$16 - $22.5 per hourCornerstone Caregiving
Caregiver – All Shifts Available | $100 Sign‑On Bonus
Pay: $16.00/hr base • $22.50/hr weekend rate
Bonus: $100 Sign‑On Bonus after 60 days
(Requires no call‑offs + 20 shifts completed within 60 days)

Responsibilities
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with safe mobility
- Safe transfer techniques:
- Hoyer lift
- Sit‑to‑stand lift
- Slide board transfers
- Pivot transfers & bed mobility
- Personal care & hygiene
- Grooming, bathing, dressing
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in home care or facility care
- A passion for helping others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, reliability, and professionalism
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to pass a background check
