Document Specialist
Pay: $18 an hour
Hours: 7AM.-3:30PM. Monday-Friday, occasional overtime as required

Document Specialist Duties:
- Maintains document database of facility documents to ensure food safety and quality in all departments.
- Ensures that any issues that could impact food safety are reported & that departments are in GMP and food safety compliance.
- Responsible for generating document and change control policies & procedures that comply to FDA and other relevant requirements.
- Compliance to SQF and FDA procedures and standards
- Report GMP, housekeeping & maintenance issues as needed
- Audit lines to ensure all GMP procedures and SOP's are being followed
- Participate in audits & inspections
Document Specialist Qualifications:
- 2 -year degree preferred
- Be able to perform Quality Control Technician job duties when needed
