What We Offer Competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience $350/month medical stipend Bonus potential based on clinic performance PTO and paid holidays CEU support Free Connecticut PT license renewal Opportunity to influence clinic culture, systems, and patient experience from the ground up About the Role Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality outpatient care across orthopedic, neuro, balance, and vestibular conditions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Contribute to building a positive, patient-first environment What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Connecticut PT license (or ability to obtain) Strong outpatient clinical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities A PT comfortable working in a new clinic environment Interest in helping shape culture, processes, and long-term clinic success Preferred (but not required) Outpatient experience Interest in vestibular, balance, or neuro, or ortho If you want to join a brand-new clinic where your voice is valued and your career can grow quickly, we’d love to hear from you.
