Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate where you will assist machine operators in a clean room environment while undergoing training. You will conduct quality inspections every 30 minutes, take detailed notes, and clean the machines as needed. This role offers a comprehensive training program to become a machine operator within 4-6 months.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and understand English.
• Attention to detail, some mechanical experience, including experience with hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine operating is preferred but not required
• General production, machine operating, quality control, general labor, assembly, retail sales, customer service, and packaging skills are beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, CT.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
