Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a home health, patient-centered role. Responsibilities include: Delivering personalized physical therapy services under a licensed therapist's guidance, assisting with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and functional mobility. You will educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, participating in care coordination, and upholding clinical standards are essential.
