Lead Personal Training Manager — Grow Teams & Results

Crunch Fitness is seeking a driven Certified Personal Training Manager to oversee the daily operations of our personal training program. You will lead, develop, and motivate trainers, ensure performance goals are met, and uphold brand standards. This full‑time role requires NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM/NSCA or equivalent certification, CPR/AED, 2 years PT experience, and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
