Veterinary Emergency, Critical Care and Referral Hospital is looking for a compassionate and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. For over two decades, we have proudly served the Portsmouth community by providing exceptional emergency and referral veterinary care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in the client experience by:

• Greeting pet parents in a friendly, compassionate, and helpful way
• Answering incoming phone calls to provide details and expectations to inquiring individuals
• Processing registration forms and other associated documents for all visits
• Communicating invoice and payment option information to pet owners while completing the check out process
• Supporting the hospital team to deliver high quality and compassionate care for the duration of their visit
• Completing various administrative duties from scanning records, to emailing patient visit information

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital setting preferred, but not required
• Ability to multi-task while remaining calm in a busy setting
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Dependability
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
