Job Overview Action Behavior Centers hires caring people to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. This is a full‑time, in‑person position located at 2719 Basswood Boulevard, Fort Worth, TX, 76131. Parallel to the regular Monday‑Friday schedule (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) optional Saturday shifts may be scheduled based on patient needs. Start date: Immediate openings available. Key Responsibilities Work one‑on‑one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data. Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Qualifications At least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain mobile (sitting, standing, crouching, floor work). Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
