Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and implement customized treatment plans for students as directed by their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to develop strategies that promote motor skills and functional independence
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in alignment with school and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings to discuss therapeutic goals, progress, and recommendations
• Educate staff and families on exercise programs and safe mobility practices to ensure continuity of support
• Contribute to a positive, encouraging atmosphere that helps every student reach their potential
