This contract opportunity is available immediately and will run through mid-June, offering the chance to work onsite with diverse student populations in the San Jose area. What we’re looking for:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one per state regulations
• Minimum two years of recent experience providing pediatric therapy, particularly focusing on developmental disabilities
• Strong background in educational settings and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to commit to onsite work at designated school sites (not open to virtual or hybrid arrangements)
• Start as soon as possible and continue through June 11

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough student assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement tailored strategies that promote student participation and success in school activities
• Maintain transparent and timely documentation of progress, interventions, and outcomes
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and modifications to support student learning
• Offer direct therapy services and consultative support for teachers and families to foster an inclusive learning environment
