Ready to Press Play on Potential?Let's start with the roleAs a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software products. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring that engineering best practices are followed. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and communication skills to drive the success of the team and the organization.Tech Stack: .NET Core, C#, Microservices, REST API, RabbitMQ, MS SQL Server, OpenShift.As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will:Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentProject Management: Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of software solutionsTechnical Guidance: Provide technical guidance, expertise, and code reviews to ensure software quality and adherence to best practicesArchitecture and Design: Contribute to the architectural decisions and design of software systems, considering scalability, performance, and maintainabilityCollaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to ensure alignment on project goals and requirementsProblem Solving: Assist in complex problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed, offering guidance and expertise to the teamProcess Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivityMentoring: Mentor and train team members, promoting skill development and career growthCode Quality: Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation by setting and enforcing coding standardsRisk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges and bottlenecksWhat you'll bringProven experience as a software engineer with a strong track record of successful software development projectsStrong technical expertise in one or more programming languages and technologies relevant to the team's focus like .NET or equivalent, Microservices and Sync and Async communicationLeadership and project management experience, with the ability to guide and motivate a teamExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsFamiliarity with software development best practices, including Agile methodologiesStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of software design patterns, architecture, and system scalabilityExperience with version control systems and project management toolsDemonstrated AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving and decision-making.
