Project Manager - Supply Chain PMO Position Summary We are seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to join the Supply Chain PMO team. This role is focused on execution at the subsystem level and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and can independently drive project deliverables under the direction of a senior Program Manager. The Project Manager will own execution activities for specific subsystem releases and support cross‑functional coordination across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, planning, and delivery functions. This is not a senior strategic PM role - we are specifically seeking strong executors who can keep projects on track, manage timelines, and drive completion with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities Own and drive execution for subsystem‑level project releases within the Supply Chain PMO organization Manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams Execute projects under the direction of a Program Manager with limited handholding Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project and Gantt charts Coordinate cross-functional teams including: Quality Manufacturing Sourcing Planning Delivery / Logistics Engineering Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product launch activities for their subsystem Drive execution readiness for manufacturing and supply chain initiatives Track action items, escalations, and project health metrics Apply Agile project management methodologies where appropriate Ensure projects align with regulatory and operational requirements within a regulated industry environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments Experience supporting: New Product Introduction (NPI) Product launches Manufacturing operations Experience managing complex capital equipment or systems - MUST Strong execution and coordination skills at the subsystem/workstream level Ability to take direction from senior PM leadership while independently driving deliverables Proficiency with: Agile methodologies Microsoft Project Gantt chart management Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred, but not Required Qualifications PMP certification Experience with: Site transfer projects Technology transfer initiatives Site expansion programs EOE Statement Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
