Member Experience & Accounts Specialist

TowneBank’s Portsmouth branch is seeking a Member Service Specialist/Representatıve to welcome members, handle transactions, and provide a warm, accurate banking experience. The MSR/MSS will balance cash, process operations, promote products, and assist on a training path for sales and service platforms.
The role emphasizes reliable service, accuracy, and compliance with AML/BSA while supporting a wide range of teller and service duties for members in person, over the phone, or by email.
