Job Description:

• ~ 10 years of product lifecycle management experience. Must have Healthcare domain experience.

• Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills.

• Gathering and documenting product requirements from stakeholders.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and define product features and functionalities.

• Fostering innovation, automation, AI/ML technologies for improved efficiency and member outcomes.

• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.

• Participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint review meetings.

• Monitoring and tracking progress of product development, identifying, and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise.

• Assisting in the coordination and execution of user testing and feedback sessions.

• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, such as user manuals and release notes.

• Supporting the business product owner in conducting user training and providing ongoing support to end-users.

• Assisting in the evaluation and analysis of product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
