Job Description:
Norstella is seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Product Owner with a background in Market Access to join our team.
As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our innovative internal platforms and solutions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of these solutions.

Responsibilities:
Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.
Define, refine, and communicate product vision, goals, and user stories to the development team and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related questions, issues, and updates from stakeholders.
Maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry regulations, and market access challenges to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ability to apply agile principles in a fast-paced development environment.
Hands-on experience using standard database management systems (Relational/NoSQL) for self-discovery of data and problem solving.
Experience integrating data between systems; including knowledge of data mapping, transformation rules and managing data quality
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) to manage product development processes.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Preferred:
Background in Market Access within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Previous software development experience
Experience using Data Science to solve business problems
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies.
