Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is on the lookout for a committed Physical Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will deliver rehabilitative care grounded in evidence-based practices, create tailored treatment plans, and work alongside interdisciplinary teams in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families to promote recovery and foster independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals across different disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
- Valid physical therapy license.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
