Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager - Hybrid in West, FL with 50% Travel About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and develop new business across an assigned territory. This role combines strategic account management, new customer development, consultative selling, and technical solution sales. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and partner with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver solutions that create measurable customer value. Key Responsibilities Drive regional sales, bookings, revenue, and market-share growth. Develop new accounts while expanding and retaining existing customers. Identify and qualify prospects through proactive territory development and lead follow-up. Conduct customer and plant visits to assess needs and develop solution requirements. Present technical proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Collaborate with applications engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Develop territory sales strategies, forecasts, and action plans. Maintain accurate CRM records, call reports, travel plans, and sales documentation. Support customers across food & beverage processing, aggregate/ready-mix concrete, and industrial hospitality laundry markets. Required Qualifications Experience selling into food & beverage/protein processing, aggregate/ready-mix concrete, or industrial laundry markets. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field. Experience negotiating commercial terms and conditions. Demonstrated sales leadership and ability to influence others. Knowledge of industrial markets, capital equipment, or industrial services. Familiarity with water/wastewater treatment, sanitation, or related industrial applications. Ability and willingness to work onsite in Clearwater, FL 50% Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50%. Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications Experience with sanitation, water treatment, or industrial equipment solutions. Experience developing new territories and capital-equipment accounts. Ability to travel across international borders.
