Job Summary:
A Telemetry Nurse is needed for a position in the Interventional Cardiac / Procedure Unit in Seattle, Washington. The role involves managing patients undergoing various interventional cardiac procedures, including post-angiogram and cardiac catheterizations. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Seattle, Washington
• Position: Interventional Cardiac Nurse, Telemetry Specialty, Facility Type: Interventional Cardiac / Procedure Unit
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 30 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; Education: appropriate nursing license; Location: Washington State; Experience: 2 years of experience in cardiac telemetry, managing cardiac drips (no titration), sheath removal, and the ability to interpret dysrhythmias. Travel experience is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with post-cardiac angiogram, pre/post cardiac catheterization, sheath removal, TEEs, cardioversion, use of TR Band, heparin, insulin management, and telemetry on the unit.
• Additional Information: Heavy focus on interventional cardiac patients, procedures, IV skills, sheath pull experience, and telemetry monitoring. The candidate must be flexible to float to like units if needed and must be willing to work only scheduled days with no weekends or holidays.
