We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our day shift team at Brentwood Health Center in Waynesboro, GA. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role

As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, including:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Conducting vital signs and monitoring resident health status
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional and psychological support to residents and their families
• Participating in resident care planning and implementing individualized care plans

Responsibilities

• Provide delegated nursing tasks and support to the nursing team
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Georgia
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance
