What You'll Do as a Packer

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging
• Remove and separate any defective or damaged items
• Pack products into the correct packaging based on specifications
• Seal boxes securely and ensure they are properly labeled
• Stack boxes onto pallets following correct patterns and quantities
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
• Communicate any product quality or equipment concerns to your team lead
• Complete required paperwork and production tracking accurately
• Support other areas of the department as needed to keep operations flowing
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and production standards

Skills and Experience

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and stay active throughout your shift
• Basic math and reading skills for counting, labeling, and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple production lines or machines with minimal assistance
• Team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance and strong work ethic
