Dental Front Office Coordinator – Springville, UT
Join our friendly, patient-focused dental practice in Springville, UT! We're looking for a professional and organized Dental Front Office Coordinator who enjoys helping patients and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you!

Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance and collect patient payments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Perform other front office duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous dental front office experience preferred
- Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
