Collections Specialist

GoodLeap, based in Portland, OR, seeks a Collections Specialist to join the personal finance team. You will drive the collection of outstanding payments, identify overdue accounts, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly collection metrics to improve cash flow. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in credit and collections, strong communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and MS Office proficiency. Telemarketing experience with financial products is a plus; you are goal-oriented and a #J-18808-Ljbffr
