Qualifications Master\'s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; doctoral degree preferred. Independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP, MD/DO, RN) strongly preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive clinical leadership in behavioral health, integrated care, or community health. Demonstrated success leading multi‑site clinical operations and large interdisciplinary teams. Deep knowledge of AHCCCS, CMS, Medicaid managed care, HRSA/FQHC Operations, behavioral health regulations, and value‑based care. Proven ability to lead change, improve outcomes, create relationships and build high‑performing teams. Must have valid Arizona driver\'s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health\'s driving policy. Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role. Must pass a Drug Screen, TB Test and Background Check. Leadership Develop and execute the clinical vision aligned with Terros Health\'s mission, values, and strategic plan and in close collaboration with the policy and programmatic governance of the CMO and Quality department Design and lead initiatives that improve access, outcomes, and patient experience Partner with the executive team to align clinical operations with organizational priorities and financial sustainability.
