Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine

Job Details:
Provide comprehensive outpatient adult primary care services for approximately 20 patients per day
Perform detailed patient assessments including medical histories, psychosocial evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic interpretation
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment and management plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines
Provide both in-person and virtual healthcare services through audio/video and audio-only encounters as needed
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings
Counsel and educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, chronic disease management, and wellness strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to ensure coordinated patient-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR system
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support departmental performance goals
Stay current with advancements in medicine through continuing education and professional development
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
Completion of ACGME or AMA-approved residency program required
Active Texas Medical License required
Experience with outpatient adult medicine/primary care required
Stable Monday-Friday outpatient schedule with no call or weekend requirements
Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
