As a full-time Client Experience Specialist, the successful candidate will manage day-to-day campaign planning, execution, and analysis for Yahoo Advertising's brand and performance portfolios while collaborating with sales teams in the Technology & Telecommunications verticals. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary operational partner for assigned accounts, managing campaign timelines and client expectations Oversee full campaign lifecycles, monitoring pacing and delivery while troubleshooting discrepancies Utilize AI tools to generate performance reports and automate operational tasks, enhancing team efficiency Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in digital campaign management or client service within digital advertising Hands-on knowledge of digital media formats and buying models Proficiency with ad tech platforms like Google Ad Manager and Salesforce, along with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills Experience using generative AI tools for professional communications and data summarization Collaborative mindset focused on enhancing client experiences
