Construction Project Coordinator - Cross-Functional

TABER, the leading manufacturer of custom millwork, metalwork, and upholstery in Orange County, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. What you will do: Support Project Managers with day-to-day execution across preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawing coordination, and procurement tracking Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Field teams Track project schedules, deliveries, and install readiness to keep timelines on track Manage subcontractor scope across stone tops, seating, and metal work What we're looking for: 1–2 years of experience in construction, millwork, or a related field (preferred but not required) Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, or project coordination workflows Exceptional organizational skills and clear, proactive communication Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Comfortable working with Bluebeam, Procore (or similar platform), and Excel High attention to detail, especially with respect to finish quality and sequencing Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package which includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k. $22-$30/ hour APPLY HERE: #J-18808-Ljbffr
