Job Responsibilities
Depending on your role in the company, job responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
- Working within a collaborative team.
- New business relationship development.
- Negotiating fee agreements with companies.
- Finding and recruiting candidates.
Selling candidates to companies/job opportunities:
- Selling companies on candidates.
- Guiding candidates and companies through employment interviews.
- Negotiating compensation packages.
- Finalizing candidates' acceptances of employment offers, resulting in successful placements.
