About the team: The Strategy & Transformation team is the driving force behind Walmart’s Global Sourcing & Procurement organization. It partners across functions including Sourcing, Merchandising, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and international markets to translate enterprise priorities into measurable outcomes. The team leads strategic initiatives, pilots high-impact programs, and scales proven solutions through disciplined execution and structured governance.
