What you'll do:Oversee all operational aspects of research study execution in compliance with corporate and industry standards.Lead planning, recruiting, execution, and closing of research studies, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.Develop and monitor study plans and key performance indicators to assess progress and address issues.Drive operational capabilities and resource management for decentralized trial solutions using Walmart data and infrastructure.Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.Collaborate cross-functionally to identify needs, remove obstacles, and adjust plans to optimize performance.Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous learning and improvement.What you'll bring:Proven experience in operations and project management within clinical or research environments.Strong expertise in managing clinical trials and research study operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate internal and external stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement.Skilled in resource management, including team leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluation.Adaptability and problem-solving aptitude to implement innovative operational models and support evolving business needs.
