Cell Lead

Description Qualifications required: Supervisory experience is a plus Good communication and organizational skills Ability to be a valuable team leader Quality oriented Organized and thorough Willingness to be a team player Essential functions and responsibilities: Oversee all cell employees Oversee production flow of the cell Oversee quality of Cell Machines Oversee overall machine Quality Issue all material to shop orders i.e. pouches, straws Prepare shop orders to be closed Supports process as needed Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to Quality and the production supervisor Assist supervisor with all IFS Transactions Communicate quality issues to all necessary personnel and what will be done with product. Training of all new operators and temporary employees and document all training provided.
