Schedule

Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with some overtime

How You’ll Contribute

• Execute preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems to drive high equipment uptime.
• Pinpoint root causes of failures and implement durable fixes that cut downtime and elevate plant performance.
• Build and run PM programs; read and apply schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings.
• Champion automation upgrades and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Partner across functions to follow SOPs and meet safety, food safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

What You BringRequired

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of hands-on electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience

Preferred

• Associate's degree
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, including programming, troubleshooting, and hardware

Compensation & Benefits

The annual hourly range for this role is $32.40- $48.60. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
