Anesthesiology Medical Director – Baton Rouge Area, LA

Opportunity Highlights:

Medical Director role combining leadership with an active clinical practice
No required call; optional home beeper call for additional compensation
Clinical responsibilities 4–5 days/week with approximately 2 days/week performing cases
Lead the transition to a collaborative physician/CRNA anesthesia care team model
Partner with surgeons, CRNAs, and hospital leadership to grow the service line
Modern surgical department with 5–6 anesthetizing locations
Broad case mix including general, orthopedics, GI, OB/GYN, bariatrics, endoscopy, and cath lab

Compensation & Benefits:

$500K+ annual compensation
$100,000 sign-on bonus
9 weeks PTO

Qualifications:

Board Certified Anesthesiologist
Leadership experience preferred
