Established Home Health Agency in Baton Rouge, LA seeks an experienced RN Case Manager to join our team. Registered Nurse Requirements Must have 2–5 years of home health experience with psych, behavioral health experience and case management background Must have valid registered nurse license for Louisiana or compact license including Louisiana.
