Job Description
TITLE: Registered Nurse - Telemetry

SCHEDULE: Shift: 6:45 AM to 7:17 PM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 13

REQUIREMENTS:
- Stroke Certification
- Current RN License
- Experience in Telemetry nursing
- Familiarity with EMR systems

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in a telemetry unit.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES:
- Scrub colors: RN - Ceil blue or white.
- Call the House Supervisor for any nurse cancellations at the provided contact number.
