• An engineer needs mentoring.
• Maintenance needs stronger systems and priorities.

Those are the problems this person will own.

Your technical toolbox should include

• Lean manufacturing.
• Value streams.
• 5S.
• SMED.
• Kanban.
• Kaizen.
• Root-cause analysis.
• Equipment and automation.
• Tooling.
• Process development.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance.
• NPI and manufacturing readiness.

Experience involving plastics, silicone, rubber molding or medical-device manufacturing would be particularly valuable.

But this isn't purely a technical role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys developing engineers, maintenance professionals and tooling resources and building a stronger technical organization around them.
