We're looking for a hands-on industrialization & manufacturing engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of product development, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. This position will play a critical role in driving manufacturing excellence across new product development and existing production. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact by improving processes, controlling costs, and helping deliver industry‑leading products to the aerospace and defense markets.

Additional Responsibilities And Opportunities

• Lead strategic engineering projects that improve operational efficiency and manufacturing capabilities.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and strengthen manufacturing performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management to ensure successful product launches.
• Own product cost from concept through production, driving design-to-cost and sustaining margin-aligned results without compromising quality or performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with RF & ethernet cable technology, interconnect solutions, and aircraft systems/applications desired.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.
• Experience facilitating and championing CI initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methods.
