Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all onsite operations for commercial projects ranging from $1M–$2M+
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and daily workflow
• Maintain tight schedules and ensure milestones are hit without compromising quality
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, professional job site
• Communicate clearly and work well with project managers, owners, and inspectors
• Solve problems quickly and keep the project moving forward
• Produce accurate daily reports and documentation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial superintendent experience (ground‐up, TI, or both)
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems, codes, and sequencing
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on fast‐paced sites
• Experience with commercial inspections, permitting, and closeout processes
• Ability to read and interpret commercial plans and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with digital reporting and project management tools
• Skilled trades background or hands‐on construction experience is a plus
• OSHA 30

Requirements

• Must pass a drug test (includes all drugs, including marijuana)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with multiple moving parts
• Professional demeanor with clients, subcontractors, and coworkers
