Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training with clarity and kindness. Help maintain a workplace where every team member feels supported and valued. Contribute to leadership meetings and culture development initiatives.Clinical Excellence: Administer IV infusions, IM injections, and other therapies with skill and precision. Educate patients on treatment protocols, supplement benefits, and long-term wellness. Maintain exceptional standards for compliance, documentation, and patient safety.Operational Support: Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and ordering to keep clinic operations seamless. Support the Clinic Director in meeting performance metrics and financial goals. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate on solutions to optimize efficiency.Patient Experience: Create a calming, informed, and professional experience for every patient. Build relationships based on trust, transparency, and holistic support.
