Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests across various disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and oversee preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for various tests as necessary.
• Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, training new team members and maintaining high-quality lab standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health field with plans for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of onboarding.
• Maintain your certification throughout the duration of your employment.
