• Document all procedures in detail, mentor newcomers, and actively contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe workspace, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field plus ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of joining the team.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your tenure.
