• Provide assistance with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.

Educational Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Specific Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain certification annually for the duration of your employment.
