Assess results for precision, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Support specimen collection and assist in meticulously preparing samples for testing when necessary.
Meticulously document all processes, train new colleagues or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
Uphold a clean and safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation requirements.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health degree coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Active ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
