Part-Time Nanny Needed in Franktown – 3 Days Per Week Open Position Highlights Location: Bayou Gulch & Flintwood Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: 3 days per week, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. (flexible on days; preferred Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Friday). Guaranteed 21–24 hours per week. Live‑In / Live‑Out: Live‑Out Contract Length: Short‑term 4+ months, extendable if a good fit. Start Date: Mid‑July Family and Household Dynamics Children: Newborn and an occasional 3.5‑year‑old. The 3.5‑year‑old is social, happy, imaginative, enjoys outdoor play and creative activities, and is generally easy‑going. The newborn will be the primary focus, with support for the preschooler as needed. Family: Mom is home most of the time, enjoys cooking, exercising, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Dad works full‑time from home, travels minimally during the day. Pets: One large, gentle 8‑year‑old Rhodesian Ridgeback; must be pet friendly. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing newborn care. Assist with age‑appropriate activities and engagement for the preschooler. Prepare meals for children as needed. Laundry and change diapers, and wash children's linens. Light tidying and organization related to the children. Support routines and schedules. Create a calm, positive environment for both children. Travel: No travel required, but openness to occasional trips with advance notice. Desired Skills and Abilities 2–3+ years professional nanny experience, including newborn and infant care. Confidence supporting families through adding a second child. Calm, nurturing, proactive personality. Ability to balance newborn care while engaging a preschooler.
