Role Description The Director of Strategic Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in Henderson, NV, responsible for developing, managing, and growing high-impact partnerships within the casino and gaming ecosystem. This role includes identifying new strategic opportunities, overseeing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to design loyalty and marketing solutions that align with partner objectives. The Director will lead contract negotiations, manage long-term partner relationships, and regularly analyze program performance to inform strategic recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities involve strategic planning, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that partnership activities contribute to measurable business growth. The role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and data teams to ensure seamless execution and strong partner satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Strategic Partnerships and Account Management skills to build, nurture, and expand relationships with key external stakeholders. Demonstrated Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data, identify growth opportunities, and guide long-term partnership strategies. Proven Contract Negotiation experience with the ability to structure, negotiate, and finalize agreements that align with business and partner objectives. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership. Experience in the gaming, hospitality, or loyalty marketing industries is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
