Customer Support Specialist

Our client is a waste management company located in Faifield, CA. Join the Customer Service Department as a Customer Service Representative. This position manages incoming customer requests, processes service orders, handles billing inquiries, resolves scheduling or pickup issues, and maintains account profiles with high professional and courteous communication. Interim position, LOA coverage. salary: $25 - $28 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to answer questions and solve issues. Process new service orders, changes of address, account updates, and discontinuance requests. Resolve service discrepancies, such as missed pickups or damaged waste containers, by coordinating with local operations and dispatch. Review billing adjustments, payments, and account history to ensure accuracy.
