Growing local tax firm is currently accepting applications for part-time entry-level receptionist / customer service position immediately. The job responsibilities include handling incoming calls, handling mail, document preparation, and providing support to the Office Manager.
Candidates will work between 30-40 hours a week at Fairfield office. Office experience preferred. We will provide additional training on all aspects of office duties and responsibilities. Awesome work environment with growth opportunities available. Must live locally, in Solano County.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft office required
Excellent customer service skills
