Job Description Job Description Front Office Medical Receptionist / Medical Assistant We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our busy, fast-paced medical office. This is a full-time position with approximately 90% front-office responsibilities and a strong focus on patient communication. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls, taking accurate messages, assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing day-to-day front-office duties . Experience working with multiple medical specialties is a plus. Responsibilities include: * Answering and managing a high volume of incoming phone calls * Taking clear and accurate patient messages * Scheduling and confirming appointments * Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner * Managing front-office administrative duties * Communicating with patients, providers, and staff * Providing basic Medical Assistant support as needed * Working efficiently in a very busy, multi-specialty medical office Qualifications: * Medical Receptionist and/or Medical Assistant experience preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude * Strong phone and message-taking skills * Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, dependable, and a strong team player This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients, communicating with people, and being part of a busy medical team.
