Customer Success Specialist

Veridian Homes, an innovative company with an emphasis on smart growth and green built practices, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support homeowners with warranty-related questions, service needs, and ongoing homeownership support. This role is focused on providing timely, consistent service by coordinating warranty requests, researching homeowner concerns, and working closely with internal teams and Trade Partners to bring issues to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a positive homeowner service experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Research and promptly respond to homeowner inquiries via phone calls, emails, and online requests within twenty-four (24) hours.
• Research and troubleshoot homeowner warranty concerns, service requests, and potential defects to help determine appropriate next steps. Coordinate with homeowners, Personal Builders, and Trade Partners to schedule services and provide timely follow-up through completion. Serve as a liaison between Assistant Personal Builders, Personal Builders, Production Managers, and Trade Partners throughout the build, warranty, and post-warranty processes. Maintain clear and consistent communication with homeowners regarding service requests, scheduling, next steps, and resolution. Attend Trade Partner Huddles and internal meetings in which Customer Success Specialist participation is requested.
  
• Participate in related administrative or other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree and/or experience in residential construction or a related field preferred. Candidates should also have 2 to 3 years of customer service experience and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in both group and individual interactions.

A solutions-oriented mindset is essential,along with the ability to research concerns, communicate clearly, coordinate between multiple parties, and provide consistent follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related business and communication tools is preferred.
