We are seeking an Automotive Sales Manager for our client near Newell, WV. If you are a high energy person with a positive attitude, a passion for excellence, and a proven successful track record in Automotive Sales Management, we are looking for you! You need to possess a desire and determination to build and grow a high performing team. Training experience is required. You must enjoy being out on the floor meeting customers and doing one-on-ones with Sales Consultants. Experience in the Domestic Auto Industry is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive management experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have managed teams of sales representatives, demonstrate hands-on sales floor work, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
