Job Requirements

• MD or DO with a valid medical license or eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania
• At least 1 year of Emergency Medicine experience required
• ABOFP, ABFM, and/or ABIM residency training will be considered
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
• Ability to cover one or more of the listed Emergency Medicine shift times
• Strong clinical judgment in a high-acuity emergency department setting

Responsibilities

• Assess, stabilize, and treat patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of emergency cases, including surgical emergencies, ENT, and orthopedic concerns
• Perform airway management, fracture care, and casting as needed
• Review patient charts, EMS arrivals, labs, and orders at the start of each shift
• Provide effective handoffs and collaborate with oncoming and offgoing providers
• Manage continuous patient evaluation, treatment, documentation, and charting
• Coordinate with specialty services while supporting patient flow and boarding needs
• Deliver efficient, compassionate care in a busy emergency department environment
